Godbold Construction is eager to enter the commercial construction market.  While Godbold Construction has a limited background with commercial projects, having only built one restaurant build-out, Scott and Sean personally have an extensive background in all types of commercial construction. Our experience comes from building commercial projects including restaurant build outs, parking garage construction and all types of multi-family housing developments. Specifically, Scott, while working as a superintendent for Epoch Properties, built multi use buildings consisting of retail space downstairs and multifamily residential upstairs as well as the tenant build-out of these commercial spaces. This included restaurants, gyms and banks.

While working for Skanska USA, Scott was a superintendent on parking garage structures,

the MD Anderson Cancer Center, and major Orlando International Airport renovations. This included the Food Court and all of its surrounding tenant space. Most recently, Scott and Sean were both superintendents for Pulte Homes building both condominium and townhome products. While working on these larger scale projects, we established strong relationships with subcontractors who we still use to this day. They are willing to do some of our smaller projects for us; however, they are actually better suited for commercial development.
